Weekend ended and result centered: here is my Winter Cup 2017. It went well, even if it’s never as simple as it seems. Which was my most complicated moment? The start of the Finals, when in the rolling start with the crowding of drivers at the first curve, I had to follow a safety trajectory to avoid any risk. In a single event like the Winter Cup, where you push hard, it’s easy to fall into the error of impetuous maneuvers, which are certainly to be avoided.
It’s a great podium that I grab today at Lonato because it confirms how good we felt in the first season appointments. Thanks to the equipment supplied by Chiesa Corse team and to the coordination of the Team Manager Dino Chiesa we are doing a good job. I think we will still be happy to get starting from the next race.
